Shipping Policy - FedFlip 

FedFlip partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers work with local couriers in your region, allowing us to ship directly to your door and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping. 

You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may require several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders requiring additional verification or containing incorrect billing information may be delayed and/or cancelled. 

Shipping Process 

We require 2-5 business days on average to fulfill your oder and forward it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may require additional fulfillment time, especially around major holidays (up to 10 business days), or when popular items are experiencing low stock. 

Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we are unable to modify it, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. 

We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details. 

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and may arrive on different dates depending on manufacturing partner locations. 

Tracking 

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. 

For some carriers, tracking information may take several business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no movement, please contact us. 

Delivery Estimates 

Shipping time varies by location. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Estimated transit times are: 

  • United States: 7-14 business days 
  • Canada & Europe: 10-14 business days 
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-21 business days 
  • Mexico, Central & South America: 15-30 business days 

Note: These timeframes do not include our 2-5 day processing time. 

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, FedFlip cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, holiday congestion, severe weather conditions, labor strikes, protests, or other courier disruptions.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may incur import taxes, custom duties, or clearance fees once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. 

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any associated import taxes and return-shipping costs incurred. 

Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office if you have questions. 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages 

FedFlip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. 

We rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims submitted late may not be honored. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We begin processing immediately, meaning we are unable to make address changes after an order is placed. If the order has already entered processing, we cannot retrieve or modify the shipment.
