Returns & Refunds Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return or refund. 

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, we may also request photos of the item and it's packaging before authorizing the return. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the ussue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products 
  • Personal care goods 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. 

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. 

European Union - 14 Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason without justification. 

As above, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. 

Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. 

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
